Deleting your Bloom Birth account

You can delete your Bloom Birth account and its data at any time. Bloom Birth is provided by Enigma.

In the app

  1. Open Bloom Birth and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Account > Delete account.
  4. Read what will be deleted, enter your password, and tap Delete my account.
  5. Confirm with Delete permanently.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out on every device.

Without the app

If you can no longer use the app, email support@withbloombirth.com from the address registered to your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address and phone number. The account record is anonymized and can no longer be signed in to.
  • Your pregnancy data: due date, birth plan, nutrition logs, journal, affirmations and task progress.
  • Your in-app premium entitlement.
  • Data the app saved on your device.

We keep a security audit record that the deletion took place.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, because Apple and Google handle that billing. Cancel it yourself to avoid further charges:
